Zelina Vega Has A British Accent Now

With Queen Zelina's crown came a weird new British accent on last night's WWE Raw.

Zelina Vega

Zelina Vega appears to have developed a British accent since becoming WWE's first Queen's Crown tournament winner at Crown Jewel 2021 last week.

Raw's new Queen was involved in a coronation segment on last night's episode of Raw, during which she drifted in and out of a stereotypical English accent while addressing the crowd.

Queen Zelina's coronation saw her force ring announcer Mike Rome to repeat his introduction when she wasn't satisfied with his first attempt. With the new accent coming and going, she put over her victory at Crown Jewel, saying that ascending to the throne was part of her destiny and that her win proves she's the best of the best.

This drew Doudrop, Vega's opponent in the Queen's Crown finals, from the back. Zelina proceeded to win a Crown Jewel rematch in around three minutes, striking the Scot with her royal sceptre while the referee was preoccupied with re-attaching a turnbuckle pad Vega had previously removed.

Vega defeated Toni Storm and Carmella en route to facing Doudrop in the Queen's Crown finals in Saudi Arabia, where she won in around six minutes.
