10. Andrew Garfield

Andrew Garfield has unfinished business with the world of comic book movies. Despite two very passable performances as Peter Parker for Fox, he was unceremoniously dumped out of the role when The Amazing Spider-Man 2 underwhelmed and Fox turned their gaze towards Marvel and a whole new universe.

What better way to get his own back than by jumping to DC and playing a character with similar attributes to Spider-Man, albeit without the superpowers? Garfield's Dick Grayson could be a wide-cracking, athletic snarker, with very obvious moral convictions and the kind of barely hinted at ghosts that Garfield's recent work would lend itself to perfectly.

After his Oscar attention, his profile will inevitably be raised, and this is precisely the kind of opportunity Warner Bros should be looking at for a publicity boost.
