9. Alfred Pennyworth - Colin Firth
The list of actors that have portrayed Alfred over the years is one which rivals the names which have played the Bat himself, making it a similar challenge when it comes to picking someone to take on the part.
Thankfully, the utterly fantastic Colin Firth is yet to join the Pennyworth hall of fame, meaning he would be the ideal choice to portray the butler.
If you've somehow managed to avoid seeing any of the movies that the actor has appeared in then you have been sorely missing out, with Firth being a phenomenal talent, able to expertly play anyone from a spy to a king.
Casting him as Alfred would simply be perfect, especially if DC wanted to explore the badass side of the character seen recently in Scott Snyder's All-Star Batman, with the actor's appearance in Kingsman most famously displaying his penchant for being a serious badass onscreen.
