8. Amora The Enchantress
Three movies in and this iconic Thor villain still hasn't shown up in the MCU, even when her devoted right hand, Skurge, played a big part in Thor Ragnarok. The Enchantress lives up to her title with her magical ability and skill at deception rivalling Loki's. That, and her ability to seduce and manipulate men, make her a villain to be reckoned with.
Her infatuation with Thor, however, makes her both more dangerous and more complex. While capable of ruthlessness and disregard for others, she's still able to experience real love, is shown to have relatable, human insecurities, and has played on the side of good every now and again for either love or pragmatism—not so different from the Loki portrayed in the MCU, who's a softer version of the one in the comics.
A clever, intelligent, pragmatic villain who gets what she wants and enjoys living in the lap of luxury, who can run circles around most other characters—Asgardian, human or otherwise, Amora would make for a compelling character, and as a villain would more than likely be counted among Marvel's best, if done right, and faithful to the complex and powerful character in the comics.
