10 Huge Marvel Movie Details We've Learned From Ant-Man's Press Tour

From an Ant-Man prequel to Daredevil in The Avengers, Kevin Feige reveals all.

The most exciting thing about a new Marvel movie being released isn't the movie itself; it's the press tour that the actors - and more specifically Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige - embark on a few weeks before it reaches the big screen. Ant-Man, the studio's latest venture is no different, with the US press tour resulting in some fascinating (and spoilery) Marvel movie details being revealed. It's almost as if Feige uses these press junkets as a chance to also promote Marvel's upcoming releases. That's good news for fans, especially as new details about the future of the Ant-Man franchise, Black Panther, Captain America: Civil War, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man have all been revealed. From major plot details to simple hints and teases about what's to come, Feige has been generating headlines all week, creating buzz for Ant-Man and Phase 3. Here, you will find ten of the biggest Marvel movie reveals from the Ant-Man press tour.

10. No Hulk In Captain America: Civil War

When moviegoers last saw The Hulk, he was on a Quinjet and either blasted off into space or went into hiding depending on which fan theory you believe. Wherever the Green Goliath currently resides, Kevin Feige has now confirmed that the character isn't going to be making an appearance in Captain America: Civil War. His fate will, for now, remain a mystery. In the comics, The Hulk played no role in Civil War as he was in outer space at the time as part of the Planet Hulk storyline (which many believe will be adapted in part by Guardians Of The Galaxy 2). Mark Ruffalo claims that Robert Downey Jr. has told him he will appear, but based on him also saying he has no script as production continues, it's highly unlikely. So, as The Hulk is "not a primary part of Civil War", does that mean there won't be any Hulk action in the movie? Well, William Hurt is set to reprise the role of Thunderbolt Ross and there are rumours swirling about him becoming the Red Hulk. The actor did little to debunk those claims in recent interviews, but that still seems doubtful. For now, there is no Hulk!
