Mister Mind is a caterpillar with magic powers and a small radio he uses to communicate. One time he wore a Nazi hat, another time he turned into a universe eating moth. He's a weird, weird character that changes constantly, with his only consistent trait being that he's a master manipulator and totally to the bone evil. Okay, that's two traits.

Which brings us to Shazam. When we see Sivana enter the Rock of Eternity, to become Shazam's champion, Mister Mind is locked away, prisoner, under the watchful eye of The Wizard. But later, when Billy appears to inherit the title of Shazam, Mister Mind is gone.

We later see Mr Mind, during the credits. He shows up to Sivana, telling him that together the two of them will rule the Seven Realms of Existence.

What exactly caused Sivana to break bad? As he was the only visitor to the Rock before Billy, Mister Mind must have escaped with him, with Sivana possibly being under Mr Mind's control. Sivana turning into a gibbering mess could merely be an effect of Mr Mind's brainwashing.

Either way, the events of Shazam were undoubtedly driven by Mister Mind, and he will almost surely be revealed to be the main villain of the whole Shazam Saga. Yes, a caterpillar is the next Loki. Please stop laughing.
