10 Wild Avengers: Age Of Ultron Rumours Which Ended Up Being Bullsh*t

9. An Ant-Man After-Credits Scene

Like Guardians of the Galaxy before it, many are predicting that Ant-Man will end up being Marvel's first flop. The lack of Edgar Wright has certainly helped fuel that fire, but regardless of whether or not that ends up being the case, just about everyone was expecting Marvel Studios to use Avengers: Age of Ultron to introduce this obscure character to moviegoers. The sequel obviously didn't even have an after-credits scene, but for a very long time, there were rumours which indicated that it would, and that the tag would focus on Ant-Man. The fact it didn't happen is a major surprise and arguably a mistake on Marvel's part, but this rumour was false regardless. There might at least have been some truth to it as recent rumours have claimed that Wright wrote an after-credits scene for Age of Ultron. However, it was apparently scrapped when he departed the project, and that does make sense.
