11 Most Exciting Captain America: Civil War Rumours

Guess who's back...

Once the Age of Ultron release is out of the way, the next truly big offering from the Marvel Cinematic Universe is undoubtedly Captain America: Civil War. Sure, Ant-Man is also coming this summer, but Ultron's exit will definitely result in focus switching to the ensemble event that will completely turn the franchise upside down. The movie will see two sides formed as a reaction to the implementation of the Superhuman Registration Act - a legislative bill created to enforce superheroes and villains to register as such, so that their actions can be monitored and the results of their actions accounted for. It is already known that Iron Man will lead the pro-registration side and Captain America will lead the anti-registration side - just like in the comic book version of the story - and that the act will come into existence due to the events in the aforementioned Age of Ultron, but not much more is known so far. Of course, one thing that is as good as confirmed is that Spider-Man will play a big part - it's generally believed it was with Civil War in mind that he was brought over the franchise - but everything else is just rumour. But that doesn't mean there may well be some big truths in there...
