6. Boba Fett In Revenge Of The Sith

Lucasfilm

One of the most disappointing elements of the prequels was that, after going to great lengths to set up his backstory in Episode II, Boba Fett didn't appear in the trilogy ender. Concept art shows everyone's favourite bounty hunter finishing off Mace Windu, but Lucas ultimately deemed the character too young to appear (although a nine-year old Anakin was OK).

Boba does still make an appearance in the film, sort of; the pilot of the Tantive IV as Obi-Wan, Yoda and Bail Organa head to Coruscant is none other than Jeremy Bulloch, the man in the Mandalorian suit in the original trilogy. Despite only having a few scenes under a mask in the original's, Bulloch has become a beloved fan figure; he's a mainstay at sci-fi conventions.
