Budget: $25 million (estimated)

Though this new thriller from Drew Goddard (The Cabin in the Woods) actually looks like a ton of fun, low YouTube trailer views suggest it's going to pull a Hotel Artemis and end up a niche ensemble genre film that fails to catch on with mainstream audiences.

Making matters worse is a release date from hell, which sees it landing shortly after Venom and A Star is Born, on the same day as First Man and Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, and a week before Halloween.

That's a lot of higher-profile movies that should collectively take a considerable bite out of its box office potential, and it's easy to imagine many waiting to watch it on home video instead.

Estimated Box Office: $35 million
