You'll kick yourself for not noticing.

Cameos rarely make or break a movie (except perhaps for Bill Murray's show-stealing turn in Zombieland), but they can so often enhance an already good movie as a cute little cherry on top.

However, sometimes filmmakers decide to cram secret Easter eggs into their movies to reward eagle-eyed viewers and give them an extra chuckle.

These 14 appearances went largely unnoticed by audiences on a first viewing, and though the Internet has of course unveiled each to audiences for subsequent viewings, you'd have to be extremely vigilant to notice them without any sort of hint on an initial sit. Don't feel bad, though, even if you might kick yourself in retrospect.

From great actors lending sneaky voice cameos to up-and-coming actors appearing in films you'd never guess and directors showing up in the most random and unexpected of movies, here are 14 cameos in huge movies you probably missed...

14. Patrick Wilson - Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice

Star Wars The Force Awaken Daniel Craig
Warner Bros.

Watchmen star Patrick Wilson has an easily-missed cameo during the climactic showdown against Doomsday in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

As the authorities are deciding whether or not to nuke Doomsday and Superman, the President of the United States is put on the line, and if you pay close enough attention, you'll be able to hear Wilson's voice for two lines: "What the hell is it, Calvin?" and "God have mercy on us all."

It's honestly more of an Easter egg than a blatant cameo, but it still counts, and there's almost zero chance you caught it on a first viewing, let's be honest.
