2. Agent Strahm Gets Crushed (Saw V)

Hoffman's effectively becomes a Bond villain at the end of Saw V, when he leaves a glass coffin "trap" for Agent Strahm, who instead overpowers and locks Hoffman inside it.

Hoffman then points Strahm's attention to a cassette tape, which reveals that Strahm himself needed to get inside the box in order to pass the test. Instead, the room's walls start closing in on Strahm as Hoffman and the glass coffin retreat into a safe alcove.

Strahm is helpless as he's crushed to death, and if that's not bad enough, he's also framed by Hoffman as the Jigsaw killer, and Saw VI follows up by showing his horrifying remains splashing all over the floor. Charming.
