As the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to reign supreme with the critical and commercial success of Avengers: Age of Ultron, DC are hoping to follow a similar model for their emerging DC Cinematic Universe, which began with 2013's Man of Steel. Given the enormity of DC's comic lore, Zack Snyder and his fellow filmmakers will have plenty of iconic moments to work into each movie should they so wish. It all kicks off with next year's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which will no doubt serve up a ton of defining movie moments, and with DC's efforts to introduce a new Joker in Suicide Squad while also crafting solo movies for Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, The Flash and Green Lantern, there are certainly plenty of opportunities to explore exciting and iconic moments from the comic books.
