20. Bruce Wayne Teams Up With Lex Luthor (Batman V Superman)
The Moment: Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) is approached by Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) to tackle the problem that is Superman's uncontrolled reign over Metropolis. When It Will Happen: Most likely in the second act of the movie, once Superman's continued presence has been established as well as Affleck's new take on the Bruce Wayne character and Eisenberg's new upstart take on the iconic villain. Why It Will Define The Movie: Because Luthor will essentially be the catalyst who kick-starts the whole Batman/Superman feud, manipulating Wayne to join his side for fear of what Supes' unrestricted abilities could do. Plus, Wayne and Luthor appearing together in a live-action movie, on the same side (for a time) no less, is nothing short of history in the making. To see Affleck and Eisenberg bouncing (hopefully) snappy dialogue off one another should be unforgettable.
