2. Jill's Back...And She's Bad (Resident Evil: Afterlife)
Even the Resident Evil movies got involved with the current craze of the mid-credits scene, by revealing that Jill Valentine (Sienna Guilllory) was back in the picture, having a mind-control scarab fitted to her chest (as per her role in the fifth RE game), and working for Umbrella in their quest to bring Alice down.
This was a shock primarily because Guillory sat out Extinction, and most assumed she was probably done with the franchise after appearing in Apocalypse, but as the filmmakers clearly sensed Jill's increased relevance after appearing in the fifth game, she was thrown in as a nice little stinger for the fanboys.
And to be fair, her look and costume are incredibly faithful to the video game version, so it's not really bad in any way.
