7. The Dark Knight Returns Tank

There's a pretty rich vein of important shots in DC Comics history featuring superheroes lifting things above their head: it's usually limited mostly to Superman, whose debut saw him lift a car, and whose appearance in The Dark Knight Returns also famously included him lifting a tank.

It very much feels like the shot of Diana lifting a tank over her own head - which was used for one of the later posters for the film - is included as a knowing homage to that seminal comic arc. Lynda Carter's version lifted a few cars in her TV show as well, of course...
