4. Jaws

Surely the best known of all the James Bond villains, Jaws is most recognisable for his gigantic frame, and of course, his unmistakable set of grills, brought to hulking, terrifying life by Richard Kiel. Jaws makes his first appearance in The Spy who Loved Me, and remains one of the few Bond villains well-liked enough €“ not to mention, not having been killed €“ to appear in a second film, with Jaws cropping up once again in Moonraker, much to audience delight. Granted, second time around his romantic subplot was ridiculous, unfortunately seeking to humanize him and absolutely reducing his menace, but Jaws nevertheless remains an iconic staple of Bond lore, such that he has been included in the vast majority of nostalgic James Bond video games that have followed. With his frightening presence both physical and cerebral, he is one of the ultimate, quintessential villains of the series and one of Bond€™s meanest foes.
