After so much speculation, rumours, and the internet working itself up into a crazed frenzy, the first look at Avengers 4 - sorry, Avengers: ENDGAME - has finally arrived.
Avengers: Endgame is one of the most anticipated movies, well, ever, thanks to the cliffhanger ending to Avengers: Infinity War. With half the universe wiped out, it's now on the original heroes (and a few notable others) to try and put things right, but what will it cost them? Potentially everything.
Part of the journey is the end, and with this trailer we have the beginning of the end of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it. The Avengers are out to reverse Thanos' snap, although the teaser doesn't offer many clues as to how it's going to achieve that. It doesn't offer many clues as to much, really, but instead is all about tone, hype, and generating an emotional response while dropping a few intriguing hints.
Some heroes will come back, others will go, and it's going to be an intense, thrilling, and emotional ride, and that's encapsulated by this new trailer, albeit with one (relatively minor) flaw.
