Avengers: Infinity War - 8 Compelling Theories About The Hulk
6. He Will Clash With General Ross Again
With Civil War all wrapped up, it would be tempting to imagine that the Sokovian Accords have gone away and the government are no longer committed to regulating superheroes and punishing those who defied them. To accept that, you'd have to ignore every pillar of story-telling the MCU is built on - they don't leave massive loose ends like that, no matter how hard Tony Stark insists the Avengers still exist in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
The Accords will still be in force when Infinity War kicks off, Cap will still be underground with his other loyalist heroes and General Ross will no doubt still be pretty mad at Tony Stark for failing to bring the anti-Accords heroes in. And that means he's likely to still be around in Infinity War too.
Given that we know he still harbours some ill feelings for Hulk (as he hinted in Civil War), and recognises that he's a threat, you have to wonder how he will react to seeing the Jade Giant back on Earth. There's likely to be fireworks. Just imagine if it leads to him seeking a final solution - perhaps by becoming the Red Hulk himself? Now there's an idea.
