Avengers: Infinity War - Every Character Ranked By How Likely They Are To Die

44. Hawkeye

By virtue of the fact that he's barely going to be in it - if at all - Clint Barton is pretty much a sure-fire bet to be safe when the Infinity War credits roll. Thanks to set leaks, we know that he's going to be in Avengers 4 and that he's probably going to be rebranded as Ronin - his edgier alter-ego with a vengeful streak from the comics.

Hawkeye has already been the "dead meat" character in the MCU for way too long - it's just nice to be able to say that he's probably out of the firing line this time. Even if his later, darker return probably means something terrible for the people he loves. Let's just hope his quiver contains a Titan-killing arrow.

43. Ant-Man

Like Hawkeye, Ant-Man's involvement in Infinity War is likely to be minimal, as he has his own stand-alone movie coming straight after that will - at least partly - be set before it in the timeline. That not only suggests he won't be involved (on top of the details we know about him "retiring" from hero business to focus on his family) but also that there's no way he's going to be killed off.

He's a relative newcomer to the MCU anyway and him not getting a third movie would be pretty unprecedented given Marvel's usual method. So count him out of the death list.
