Batman vs. Superman: Ranking The Films From Worst To Best

The battle of the capes heats up, but who's winning the cinema stakes?

Dawn of Justice is coming. The epic throwdown between the Dark Knight and the Man of Steel has caused a lot of debate on and off the internet, heavily fueled by fan feelings about the two very different cinematic legacies of both characters. Since Christopher Reeve donned the cape and made the world believe a man could fly in 1978, Superman has had six live-action adventures, culminating in 2013's Man of Steel that has set the stage for a world of possibility for a DC Cinematic Universe. As for the Dark Knight? Eight films with four different actors, all to very different interpretations of the character's world, with Ben Affleck set to show the world what he has in store for the character in due time. Both characters' franchises have had interesting histories, with a series of ups and downs that have continually shaped and reshaped the course of each of their cinematic journeys. When it comes to quality, if the films are good, they're good; when they're bad, they're atrocious. So as we wait to see if Zack Snyder's effort to bring these two legendary icons together on the big screen for the first time is worth the wait, the debate and the hype, let's pit their films against one another to see who comes out on top.
