It seems like only yesterday that Bradley Cooper was chucking his guts up in The Wedding Crashers. A whirlwind success with The Hangover later, and the bona-fide A-Lister has now gotten to the stage where he's already appeared on - and cried on - Inside The Actor's Studio, picked up severe Oscar heat and starred in a brilliant comic book movie. Having all but shook off every bad rom-com and horror film deemed necessary to kickstart his career in feature films, Cooper will be looking to have a stronger year in 2016 than he has enjoyed this year. Poor showings for Aloha and Burnt earlier in the year made way for less than inspiring response to David O Russell's Joy, which hits cinemas this week. He's done some good TV work, sure, but it's an uncharacteristically poor showing for the notoriously hard-working star. And though he has had some monumental successes in recent years, that unevenness has actually been seen throughout his career.
