Every Movie Trailer From Super Bowl 50 Ranked From Worst To Best
Civil War teams! Krang! Turkish Airlines!
I've never seen a game of American Football but boy do I love the Super Bowl. At time other than San Diego in July do you get to see so many glimpses of exciting upcoming movies in one go, and in this case you can do it all from the comfort of your own home. Just as the Half-Time Show is as big a draw for some as the match itself, for movie fans the real thrill of this American pasttime is a slew of thirty-second trails Sometimes it winds up being a non-event, with previous trailer footage trotted out with a couple of new shots, but this year was a knockout. Maybe it was because this is the 50th Super Bowl, or perhaps it has something to do with there being several big movies we haven't had fresh looks at since before the epic CGI work was finished, but last night was an absolute celebration of everything blockbuster cinema has to offer in 2016. Of course, it wasn't all perfect - several movies look tat and there was no shortage of rubbish trailers that pandered too much to various audiences that wound up having no effect. To sort out the Denver Broncos from the Carolina Panthers, let's go through all thirteen trailers (and one bizarre movie-related ad) from Super Bowl L (because they really shouldn't just drop the roman numerals), ranked from worst to best.
