Full Look At The Lizard From THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Concept Art?
After our Pez Dispenser first look yesterday comes what appears to be a full length look at early concept art for The Lizard. Or is it an opportune fake?
Ah this is better. Much more useful than a first look via a PEZ Dispenser comes what appears to be some concept art for The Lizard in Sony's forthcoming reboot The Amazing Spider-Man. The image above of the human style reptilian was released at SpiderMedia.ru and could be how Rhys Ifans will shape up as the bad guy in the new movie. I say 'could' as the leak comes just over a day since that PEZ Dispenser image was released and the face certainly looks familiar... but if there was ever a time to fool us into thinking this is the concept art, now is the time. But if it is a fake... it's a very good one. Those who have actually seen what The Lizard looks like in the movie via the Comic-Con clip say it looks pretty accurate, though he was much larger in scale. The Amazing Spider-Man is due July 3rd, 2012 and stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field. It is directed by Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer) and will be released in 3D, 2D, IMAX and IMAX 3D.
