Gwen Stacy turns up in TERMINATOR SALVATION

Last seen as the cute and sassy Gwen Stacy in the last Spider-Man movie (seriously, how can Peter Parker stay with MJ when this beauty was after him?), Bryce Dallas Howard has shacked up with John Connor in the next Terminator movie. She replaces the recently cast Charlotte Gainsbourg as Kate Connor (wife to John). Gainsbourg had to drop out because of scheduling conflicts on a French comedy says The Hollywood Reporter.

Interestingly the filming conflict wouldn't have occurred if the currently in production film was to shoot without interruption between now and it's conclusion but if the SGA strike goes ahead later this month then filming would have to stop and be restarted later - which would then cause said conflict. So WB must think a SGA strike is very much a possibility to use such a caution. So Howard in for Gainsbourg? Well it's one good actress for the other and keeps up the high standard of acting talent WB have attracted to the project. As if you need reminding McG (Charlie's Angels) with the movie due out next May starring Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Anton Yelchin, Moon Bloodgood, Common and now Bryce Dallas Howard.
