Justice League Movie: 10 Big Questions We Have

This weekend the internet was thrown into chaos when The Wall Street Journal posted an interview with Warner Bros. president of worldwide marketing Greg Silverman, who confirmed that Zack Snyder would be directing a Justice League film, immediately after the upcoming Man of Steel sequel. Sunday night may not have been the best time for WB to release the news, but it certainly got fans talking. We've been hearing rumors ever since Batman Vs. Superman was announced that a Justice League film would follow, so it didn't come as a complete shock. However, Warner Bros. isn't known to announce such news so far ahead, so their newfound confidence in their expansive library of DC comics characters is refreshing. The debate about the Justice League film has been going on for months, and will continue until the film's release. While we likely won't get any concrete answers until San Diego Comic Con at the earliest, there are several burning inquiries we have now that the movie is official. Here are the 10 biggest questions on the minds of fans, and how Zack Snyder may address them in order to create the new DC cinematic universe...

10. Who Will Write It?

Greg Silverman mentioned to the Wall Street Journal that a script for Justice League was currently in development, but didn't say who was writing it. Judging by how the DC universe has gone so far, it would be a safe bet to assume that David S. Goyer (who co-wrote The Dark Knight Trilogy and Man of Steel) has a hand in it. However, his script draft for Batman Vs. Superman is undergoing a rewrite from Academy Award winning screenwriter Chris Terrio (Argo), so there's a chance that Terrio was brought on board not only to revamp Goyer's BVS script, but to write Justice League as well. Of course, those aren't the only two writers in Hollywood that could possibly be working on a film like this, they are simply two likely candidates. Green Lantern writer Will Beall was previously brought on to try his hand at a JL script, but that particular project was abandoned, so it's probably a safe bet to assume that he's not in contention (especially after the disaster that was Green Lantern).
