Man Of Steel: 8 Ways Batman V Superman Will Make It Better

You might actually end up liking Snyder's Supe more after its sequel...

2013's Man Of Steel certainly had its detractors. They may well have been somewhat justified in their views as, regardless of what might happen in the future, it definitely wasn't as good as it could have been, but it was by no means awful either. Indeed, a lot of the criticism was way too harsh. People criticised everything from the movie's tone to Henry Cavill's portrayal of Clark Kent/Superman, from the length of the movie to the fact Superman broke his moral code and killed, and from the destruction caused in the final battle to the seemingly nonchalant reaction to that destruction. Whether you like it or not, the movie was the opener in DC and Warner Brothers' extended movie universe and, as such, the precursor to every movie that will follow in the franchise - starting with 2016's Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice. The seeds have been sewn, and the major themes of Man Of Steel will impact how that shared universe unfolds. With the added importance, could it be possible that Batman v Superman ends up retroactively improving Man Of Steel and making dissatisfied fans appreciate it more? That's certainly a possibility based on what we know about the movie so far...
