6. Armie Hammer
Why He Could: Armie Hammer is the only person on this list who has, in fact, already been cast as Bruce Wayne. Hammer was touted for the role back when George Miller was planning his doomed Justice League project in 2007, at which point Hammer was virtually an unknown. Aside from this, he's one of the youngest candidates on the list, but doesn't look at all out of place in a suit, and has proven his acting chops firmly as the Winkelvi in The Social Network.
Why He Won't: The fact that his latest star vehicle, The Lone Ranger, was a massive flop will work considerably against him, as it won't exactly inspire Warner to put all their confidence in him, even if Johnny Depp was without question the star attraction of the movie. Hammer hasn't yet had enough box office goodwill to prove that he's a viable commodity.
