My love for Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy often borders on cringe-inducing, but as the movies have raked in billions at the box office – I’m clearly not alone. For me, some of the trilogy’s greatest moments have been provided by its villains.
Nolan took Ra’s Al Ghul, Carmine Falcone, Scarecrow, Victor Zsaz, Joker, Sal Maroni, Talia Al Ghul and Bane, and re-imagined them to fit his vision of Gotham, while retaining their most iconic qualities.
Batman’s rogues gallery has been blessed with some great acting talent, from Liam Neeson to Tom Hardy, and of course, the unforgettable Heath Ledger, and their fantastic performances elevated their characters beyond a succession of punching bags for Bats to something else entirely.
So, without further ado, here are 10 of the best villain moments from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy.

This is awesome, but, no interrogation scene?
In fairness he could of half filled the list with joker scenes, gotta give some space to some other cool parts from other characters.
I luv this batman series, i wish nolan would do at least one more, there are so many great scenes with scarecrow, ras al ghul , harvey dent , and the joker, it makes you wonder on a what if moment for a fourth batman film with a much darker version of the riddler as the main villian and what he would say or do ? , with johnny depp as the riddler “him and christian bale where great in public enemies” or a odd choice maybe Leonardo DiCaprio as the riddler ,so what do u guys think
“This city deserves better class of criminals and I’m gonna give them” -you missed it on the list

“Let’s not stand on ceremony here…. Mr Wayne.”
It’s good to read positive articles on The Trilogy…too many fan boys recently keep bitching and complaining about every minor detail. Considering what Nolan has done to the Batman Franchise, what he has done for that realistic approcah in such movies is mind-blowing. Let’s look back at what was the last dreadful Batman & Robin embarassment…
