Career So Far: After making her debut in 1984's Blood Simple (also the first film of her future husband, writer-director Joel Coen, and his brother Ethan), the 60-year old Chicago-born actress has worked steadily in the years since. She really rose to prominence with 1996's Fargo, for which she received her first Best Actress Oscar.

2018 Oscar Win For: McDormand picked up her second Best Actress Oscar for playing the lead role of Mildred Hayes in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. Writer-director Martin McDonagh reportedly wrote the role specifically with her in mind.

What's Next: We'll soon hear McDormand lend her voice to Wes Anderson's stop-motion animated movie Isle of Dogs, but otherwise no further future projects are known at present; although, as with everyone else on this list, it's safe to assume the offers are pouring in right now.

And, of course, they'll all come with inclusion riders attached.
