10 More Movies That Need To Be Video Games

8. Lego Toy Story (1995 - 2010)

Plays Like - Any other Lego game Developer - Travellers Tales Right, I know what you€™re thinking.... Lego Toy Story isn't a movie, and to a further extent, there€™s already been several games based on the franchise. However, no one seems to have seen the potential in giving Toy Story the Lego video game treatment. Not only is it a perfectly formed trilogy which lends itself to the established formula, but developer Travellers Tales have already worked with Disney on Lego Pirates Of The Caribbean. What€™s the hold up ? Did we really need a third Lego Star Wars game ? And who really wants Lego Lord Of The Rings ? Ok, probably quite a few of you so we€™ll let that one slip. It might just be me then, but there€™s so much potential here. Toy Story could use Andy€™s Room as a hub world, with Al€™s Toy Barn and Sunnyside Day Care for the two sequels. Then there€™s the excellent set pieces, such as having to escape from Sid's room in Toy Story, chasing the plane as Woody and Bulls-eye in the finale of Toy Story 2 and the terrifying Incinerator sequence from Toy Story 3 - which would probably still make you cry like a baby even though it€™s depicted in brick form.
