10 Worst Bosses In Great Fighting Games

10. Dural (Virtua Fighter Series)

Dural The Virtua Fighter series is notoriously unforgiving with precision. Oftentimes landing the best combos meant that you were extremely proficient at timing button presses at precise frames of the animation on screen. The precision wasn't as defined when Virtua Fighter 2 came out, but it didn't make it any easier to master the game. When it came to the final boss Dural, a character whose characteristics predates Metal Mario of Smash Bros. or the metal box power-up in Smash Bros. Melee. The idea was that you would fight this metal woman with the physics of a ship anchor in her underwater stage of Atlantis. Fighting underwater, as ridiculous as that may sound, meant that the entire match was in slo-mo. She was the only character in the game that was given an underwater stage. Couple augmented physics with fighter that has an already steep learning curve, Dural is one tough boss to beat. Luckily though, she is an optional boss, meaning that losing to her still meant that you completed the game. However, in later games they would give her stealth skin making it hard to see her character model and plan your defense.
