25 Best Selling Video Games Of All Time - Ranked
15. Call Of Duty: Black Ops II
Sales: 24.2 million (#17)
Verdict: Just as fatigue began to well and truly set in with the Call of Duty franchise, along came Black Ops II to freshen things up a little.
Sure, it's still largely the same CoD game everyone knows, but there are a few welcome refinements, such as a branching campaign mode, special, RTS-style Strike Force missions, an abundance of future technology, and a new "Pick 10" customisation system for multiplayer.
With one of the most memorable campaigns to date (largely thanks to the excellent villain that is Raul Menendez) and a predictably addictive multiplayer suite, Black Ops II did just enough to diversify itself from previous games. Plus, Nuketown 2025 is one of the series' all-time best maps, right?
