9 Video Games Coming In 2018 You've Already Forgotten About

7. Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes

State Of Decay 2
Grasshopper Manufacture

11 years is a long time, whichever way you spin it, but Goichi "Suda51" Suda isn't deterred by the gaping hole in time that sits between 2007's No More Heroes 2 and next year's sequel, he's making a directorial comeback to ensure Travis Touchdown gets his own.

Slyly confirmed during Nintendo's Switch reveal presser back in January and subsequently cemented as an exclusive for the console in August, Travis Strikes Again will mark the titular video game-loving otaku return in 2018 to take on Badman, the vengeful father of a mark who's flame he snuffed out seven years prior.

The PR machine for Travis Strikes Again has gone silent since the August trailer, but we know that Grasshopper Manufacture's teaming up with real-world indie developers to craft the challenges Travis and his newfound enemy will confront, following their abduction by a cursed console. What, you expected a comprehensible premise for a Suda51 game? More fool you!

Expect Nintendo to start ramping up the hype for this one as we enter the new year.
