Now, if there's one thing Dragon Ball FighterZ is truly lacking, it's female characters. That is neither Bandai Namco's nor Arc System Works' fault, as ultimately its the Dragon Ball franchise that lacks female representation.

Well, that's a bit of an incendiary statement and isn't exactly true. There are lots of characters in Dragon Ball that are fantastic examples of strong, well written women. Bulma is the classic example, closely followed by Chi Chi (who is probably one of the only people in the universe Goku is actually scared of), as well as Videl. The real problem for DBF is there aren't many female characters who are strong in the literal sense.

Kefla is a great example of a character that is both well written, and strong to the point that she once forced Goku use his Ultra Instinct form just to beat her. That makes her stronger than roughly 90% of the roster in the game.

Not to mention that her special attacks, like her Final Weapon and Gigantic Blast attacks, would make for some flashy supers. Plus, Arc System Works could even show Kale and Caulifla fusing together in her intro - that's three female characters for the price of one!
