Fallout 4: 12 Disturbing Stories & Locations You Totally Missed

Horror stories, suicide pacts, loyalties lost, and safe havens that are anything but...

Fallout 4 is a massive game. Whether you're tearing up the southern territories in search of the RPG's deadliest baddies or just content managing your settlements, Bethesda's game has a seemingly endless supply of stories to tell. While this is great, it does mean there's a good chance you might have missed some of the most memorable details on your first time through.

Although the Fallout series has always played around with its post-apocalyptic setting, crafting a world with its tongue firmly in its cheek, there's still a ridiculously dark undertone to every Wasteland tale.

After all, when the world has met almost total nuclear destruction and gangs of Raiders rule supreme, how could things not get a little bleak? As a result, Fallout 4 is positively bubbling with sinister details that might have been missed at first glance. Be it the implications of entire quests or just small details tucked away in otherwise unassuming areas, the depths of the Boston Commonwealth is rich with tragic and often disturbing stories about those less fortunate than yourself.

The Wasteland is a dark place, and these twelve stories in particular provide more than enough disturbing misery to make sure that we'd never look at a Fallout game the same way ever again...
