8. A Full Create-A-Manager Suite

This one is maddening, especially in 2018.

It would not be too hard for EA to implement a fully-fleshed Create-A-Manager suite in FIFA. There's actually no good excuse for why they haven't and everyone is still fiddling about with that Arsène Wenger template, or the one that sort of looks like Ronald Koeman, and pretending it's awesome.

It's not, and it sucks to have any limitations imposed on something the developers are selling as your management career. A detailed creation tool that enables players to craft pitch side coaches that, y'know, actually look like them is the very minimum people expect from a footy video game these days.

Konami have done for years in PES, so EA need to get with the bloody times here. It might have been excusable a decade ago, but not now. We want to make our managers from the ground up, and that means a total overhaul of this "Select You Avatar" nonsense.
