Football Manager 2015: 10 Hardest Career Challenges You Must Tackle

3. A.C Milan

Objective: Revamp, rebuild, return to glory. It might be tough to find a volunteer willing to replace Filippo Inzaghi in real life, but Milan promise to be a very playable side on FM15, down to the sheer romanticism and scope for improvement present. In short, you can't do much worse than their last few coaches in the eyes of the footballing world. Mario Balotelli and Stephan El Shaarawy will act as your talented offensive inspiration, but plenty of flaws can be found elsewhere. Nigel de Jong and Riccardo Montolivo are currently the only midfielders worth their salt, while Mattia de Sciglio looks to be the only defensive option with a very long-term future at the San Siro. Diego Lopez will be an excellent goalkeeper to base your project upon, but plenty needs to be done during the transfer market despite Milan's lack of financial clout. The squad needs revamping, as the Champions League remains elusive due to lacklustre league finishes. The days of Dida, Paolo Maldini and Alessandro Nesta are long gone, while even club legend Kaka failed to re-ignite the Rossoneri during his return. Massimiliano Allegri wilted under the pressure, while Clarence Seedorf was removed from his post despite not collecting a bad points return in his several months at the helm - you can do better though, right?
