Jermain Defoe hasn't been quite as prolific for Bournemouth compared to his time at relegated Sunderland, but he's still the Premier League's seventh-highest goalscorer, and his in-game stats reflect that.
In terms of finishing and work rate, there are few better options, and his speed is impressive for a 34-year-old.
Defoe won't keep Harry Kane out of the Spurs team or sideline Romelu Lukaku at United, but he will make an impact at a mid-table club or a relegation battler, chipping in with a handful of goals and acting as a positive influence in the dressing room.
