For Honor: 9 Major Complaints & Issues Ubisoft Have Fixed

9. Elimination Mode

Ubisoft

Elimination Mode has been in dire need of fixing for a long while, and it looks like season 2 of For Honor is where Ubisoft intends to start fixing it. The game mode is vastly unfair, allowing for unlimited revives, and has power ups that can make the fight immensely unfair, especially when quick characters can run across the map collecting them before fighting.

But with Season 2, there will be a one revive rule implemented into elimination matches meaning that 4v1 matches are a lot fairer. Where before, the side with the larger number would simply keep reviving each other, knowing that the single player couldn't stop them all from doing so.

Now, unlimited revives will no longer be perpetuated.

It's a major change that will change the entire game mode for the better and proves that Ubisoft isn't opposed to completely changing game modes to remove unfair advantages. Now, all we need is for them to remove the power ups or a least only make them available to the losing side to stop goddamned Orochi's running away from fights to power up!

I like video games, writing and writing about video games. Expect sarcasm and the dry wit of a Brit. And the occasional rant of a unhappy Scot. You know... the usual.
