4. There Are Mission Checkpoints
For the first time ever in the series, we can confirm that there are mission checkpoints. You're going to find some pretty intense missions in GTA V, most of which involve you raiding banks in daring heist missions, while being chased from Strawberry to Downtown by police armed to the teeth. Which is why we're pleased that checkpoints have been included, in order for us to save our game after a particularly challenging shootout so that we don't have to go through it all again. But then, the missions look so incredible, we really wouldn't mind doing some of them twice. The visuals and the graphics in the cut-scenes are exemplary, and at times you forget you're looking at a current-generation title.
