Red Dead Redemption 2: 10 Reasons It's Rockstar's Best Open-World Game

9. Almost All The Activities Are Great Fun

Everything from robbing strangers to playing dominoes is present in Red Dead Redemption 2, and for once none of them feel pointless.

Did you ever really play tennis in GTA V? Didn't think so. Rockstar clearly knew this when going into Red Dead Redemption 2, and made it their mission to make every activity in the game

Did they succeed? Almost entirely.

The returning activities such as five-finger roulette and Blackjack are great fun, but it's really the more dynamic things that stand out, such as robbing stores or hijacking trains. Every single character in the game can also be robbed, which definitely makes playing honourably difficult.

There are, of course, a few activities that you're better off not doing, such as dominoes or fishing, but even then they're a lot better than some of the things featured in GTA V. The fat has definitely been trimmed.

The Blackjack minigame alone can hold your attention for hours, and that's the sign of a good activity.
