Spider-Man PS4: 10 New Details You Need To Know
New playable characters, story details, costumes and... Avengers Tower?!
After waiting months for an update on Sony and Insomniac's upcoming Spider-Man game, a bombshell of new info, details and screenshots have finally made their way onto the internet courtesy of a huge Game Informer expose.
Though the exclusive title has been shrouded in mystery pretty much since its announcement all the way back in 2016 (even its name wasn't properly revealed until a few months after the projected was unveiled), Insomniac have peeled back the curtain and and revealed to fans just how Spider-Man's PS4 outing is shaping up.
They've also announced when they'll be able to get their hands on it: September 7th 2018.
Sure, it's a little out the first-half-of-2018 window that Sony alluded to last year, but the fact that they've held off announcing anything, and now have an exact date set in stone, should hopefully mean that there won't be any delays from now until then.
September can't come quick enough, and after taking a deep dive into the Game Informer piece and pulling out some of the more tantalising details, the hype for Spidey's reintroduction in the gaming world is real.
