10. You Can Upgrade Different Parts Of Spidey's Suit

Because every game needs to have an upgrade tree and levelling up now, Insomniac's Spider-Man is going all in on those features as well, but thankfully the way the developers are handling this kind of progression and customisation at least seems to be a cut above similar releases.

Not only are the upgrades themselves genuinely exciting, giving Spidey the ability to do things like redirect incoming rockets, but it seems as though Insomniac are just as tired of the bog-standard incremental additions to your health bar etc. as everyone else. Of course there'll still be standard unlocks like the ability to swing faster, but the rest of the abilities should be far more interesting.

Even better is that these upgrades will be tied to Peter's suit, potentially even transforming it depending on which upgrades you go for. Like Spider-Man: Homecoming, Peter will be in control of a wide array of gadgets (also similar to Rocksteady's Arkham), with a good chunk of the progression being tied to these gizmos.
