Star Wars Battlefront: 10 Crippling Issues That Must Be Fixed

Balanced matches where the Rebels stand a chance? Don't count on it.

It's been a whole decade since Star Wars fans with a love of large scale battles could really get stuck into a worthwhile experience, but now - two console generations later - Battlefront is back. As of October 8th, 2015 we finally got hands-on with the latest build. and now a few days have passed and a few thousand people have alternated between getting blown to smithereens by the Empire, to tying tow cables around an AT-AT's legs to win the fight at the last second, there's a lot to talk about. With it being an open beta EA are looking for people to break down their experiences in the most verbose way possible (they even pop up a "How was your experience?" questionnaire after a few matches) and, as is always the case with the gaming public, it took but only a few minutes before players took to forums across the land to sound off their displeasure at a number of things. From imbalanced matches to a breakdancing Darth Vader hurtling across the skyline, EA and DICE in particular have a reputation for delivering one hell of a graphical punch initially, before the mechanics and overall lack of polish seep in over your remaining play-time. Can Battlefront be the "ultimate Star Wars experience" EA advertised? Maybe. Right now, there are simply too many crippling flaws that need to be addressed.
