The Walking Dead Game: 10 Reasons It's Better Than The TV Show

10. Constantly Changing Location

In just 5 short installments TellTale Games managed to tell an incredibly gripping story that spanned around six interesting locations. You visit two once-lovely Georgia towns, enjoy a stay at a sleazy backwoods motel, restore an apocalyptic loco-motive, and even make a quick stop at familiar ol' Herchel's farm. That still ins't even scratching the surface of every exciting and suspenseful location you will visit. In the show we've seen the devastation in Atlanta, the once happy hillside camp, Herchel's farm, the eerie highway, and now the prison. There have been a few other locations along the way, but these are the ones we remember. All of these locations have been done throughout three seasons. TellTale Games took you to just as many locations in 5 installments each ranging around two hours of gameplay. Maybe TellTale were trying to get as many things in as they could in case the game didn't become the success it is today, and maybe taking the show to a bunch of different locations is asking too much of a TV show. However, having a change in location would be a nice change of pace rather than just one location per-season.
