Wii U The Experimenter
Its not likely anyone thinks of the Wii U as their favourite console, given it is the youngest on our list and has the fewest games, but if you own one at all you can proudly put yourself in the category of Experimenter, alongside whatever other category you might fall under. Few gamers paid attention to the Wii U announcement, with its reveal only making pebble sized ripples of excitement among the community compared to the obese elephant splash caused by the Feb PS4 reveal, leaving most people feeling utterly disinterested upon its launch and subsequently leaving it with hardly any sales. Therefore, if you were one of the select few to buy the console, there are quite a number of assumptions that can be made about you. Firstly, youre probably quite well off (or have a parent who is), able to afford luxuries most others cant and can thus buy new technology such as this freely without the need for any guarantee its worth the money. Secondly, its likely you enjoy being the centre of attention, buying extravagant or unnecessary items to give yourself bragging rights over your friends or work colleagues to who you often tell all about your new purchases. Finally, youre possible the sort of person who finds themself getting excessively excited over stupid things, with the buzz word innovative triggering your blindly optimistic mode and causing you to swallow whatever crap is being thrown your way. In person youre probably a likable, overly-smiley individual who yearns for the title quirky, spending more time talking about the Wii-U than you do actually play it. Or youre under 12 with wealthy parents, which is more likely.
