THQ announced at WWE SummerSlam Axxes yesterday the complete roster for WWE 13, officially unveiling the 42 Modern Era Superstars, 8 WWE Divas and 34 Attitude Era Superstars & Divas – along with the extra downloadable content characters that will be included in the game. That’s 87 superstars in total, which is the biggest rosters of stars in any wrestling game in history and no doubt there’ll be more DLC Superstars made available before and after the game’s release.
The roster ended up being more or less what we had anticipated and there were very few surprises. Sadly however there were a few names we hoped would be in the game that were overlooked, the likes of Tyson Kidd (who was criminally in last year’s WWE 12 but was overlooked this year despite a small push this summer), Tensai, William Regal (who should always be in every single WWE game), Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins, Ryback and despite the inclusion of Primo & Epico – there is no Rosa Mendes.
Of course some of these come become later additions to the game via DLC and we are pretty certain Ryback will eventually find his way into the game. A few surprises missing from the Attitude Era include Steve Blackman (who was heavily rumoured to be in the game this week), Psycho Sid, Diamond Dallas Page, Gangrel, Viscera and Val Venis. As expected Kurt Angle’s TNA contract has kept him out of the game.
WWE 13 is available from October 30th (US) and November 2nd (UK) and the complete roster looks like this;

No Dudley Boys? Lame!
Couldn’t get the rights since both are with TNA
The game sounds really nice and all with the characters and the gameplays, all i’m really concerned about the graphics. It looks like it is trying to get that 3-D efect going on but itsi not working for me.
So there are only 2 preset tag teams
The inclusion of the Hardys and the Dudleys would have been great, but obviously that’s impossible. But we’ve got the Road Warriors and the New Age Outlaws so I can’t really complain. Great roster all in all.
It will be really cool if the hardyz , dudleys and too cool was on the game. But they must really upgrade the royal rumble match because it stupid if there’s only 6 wrestlers at a time in the ring
