WWE 2K15: 9 Reasons It MUST Be WWF vs WCW

9. It's The Only Game They Can Make That Makes Sense

Wweeew Arguably 2K Games have already gone for the biggest money maker with their two modes. Nobody really recalls the early WWF 1990s with too much fondness outside of those historic WrestleMania moments they've already covered (such as Warrior vs Hogan at WM 6 and Shawn Michaels vs Razor Ramon at WM X). The Botched Invasion angle of 2001 after Austin turned heel at WM 17 birthed a long period of a decline in quality and it's difficult to see the "Ruthless Aggression" era with the rise of John Cena, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton being big sellers for WWE. Most likely perhaps would be a SummerSlam mode for WWE 2K15, looking at the many memorable matches in WWE's second biggest PPV of the year but without things like The Undertaker's streak, it's difficult to see that being a big marquee mode and shifting as many units as in previous years. The truth is there is only one obvious mode that 2K Games should really consider for their next outing. The Monday Night Wars. Sure, it would cross-over with some of the key events from the Attitude Era mode but with the WWE Network being such an important part of the company's present and future it's one that perhaps shouldn't be fantasy and should be the next game. WWE should be all about the Network right now as it's the new life-blood of their business...
