WWE 2K18: 10 Things That Must Be Included

9. Complete & Accurate Championships

WWE 2K17 has a number of classic titles, dare I say belts, as part of their collection, but there are some inaccuracies and omissions that would catch the ire of wrestling historians.

For example, the Intercontinental Championship used to represent the majority of the '80s and '90s has a black - not blue - globe and is labeled "Intercontinental Championship '94". A more accurate portrayal would be the belt labeled "Intercontinental Championship '90" if only it had a black leather strap rather than the yellow used by Ultimate Warrior. It's a small detail, but it stands out, especially considering it's such a simple fix.

Aside from design inaccuracies, some belts are missing from the collection altogether. There's no WWF world championships prior to the great Winged Eagle, no Intercontinental prior to 1990's yellow version, and all WWF tag titles prior to the Attitude Era are also missing.

WWE 2K18 would do well to not only add these missing belts, but like superstars with multiple attires, provide belts with different designs. Alternate styles could include the silver and gold tag belts from the mid '80s, the red-logo Intercontinental Championship that Randy Savage held proudly, and 1988's dual-plated, silver and gold Winged Eagle belt.
